Pulaski Kentucky Constables Michael Wallace and Gary Baldock were found guilty by a federal jury of Conspiracy Against Civil Rights and Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
It took the jury just three and a half hours to return with a verdict. Sentencing for both constables is scheduled for October 18, 2021.
Constable Gary Baldock will return to court for his involvement in the shootout with the FBI agent. Both Baldock and the federal agent were wounded. That trial will begin on July 19, 2021.
